The most important thing to understand about ConvertIQ is that your files are never uploaded to our servers. All file processing — including PDF conversion, OCR, and document generation — happens entirely in your browser using WebAssembly technology. Your files remain on your device throughout the process and are never transmitted to ConvertIQ or any third party.
2. Information We Collect
Analytics Data
We may use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and geographic region. This data does not identify you individually and is used only to improve the site.
Contact Form
If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and do not use it for marketing purposes.
